At P.S. Signature Events, we’re all about making the planning process as easy and seamless as the event itself. Here’s how we bring your vision to life:

  • Contact us via our “Let's Connect” form to let us know the services you're interested in. Consider this your wish list—you're not limited to the items you include. We want you to tell us your event story so that we can create your signature experience.

  • We will schedule a free consultation to discuss the vision for your event. Once the consultation is complete and ensuring your date is available, we are happy to craft a visual mockup design of your event that speaks to your style, ensuring every detail is aligned with your vision. We will send you an agreement and invoice with your approved mock-up.  

  • On the big day, our team will arrive early to handle the setup. Whether it’s transforming your space with stunning backdrops or setting up décor and rentals, we’ll take care of everything. You just focus on getting ready—we’ve got the rest under control.

    Need a Signature Photo Booth? We’ll coordinate with our sister company for a perfectly integrated experience.

  • Yes! We work seamlessly with Signature Photo Booths to create a fully coordinated experience. If you’re booking a custom booth, P.S. Signature Events will handle the decor while Signature Photo Booths provides the photo experience. For balloon garlands, table décor, and a booth, both teams will collaborate to bring your vision to life with one planner and a cohesive, memorable event.

  • We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance, especially for popular dates to ensure availability. For larger or more customized events, the sooner, the better! However, if the date is available, and the ask is feasible, we will make it work! Reach out to us to check our availability for your specific date.

  • We’re happy to travel to various venues and locations. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Contact us for more details and to discuss how we can accommodate your event location.

  • Yes! Our team takes care of the entire setup before your event and the teardown afterward. We want you to enjoy every moment of your celebration without worrying about the logistics.

  • We offer décor rentals for many items, including backdrops, tables, and some décor pieces, which means you don’t have to purchase them outright. During your consultation, we’ll discuss what rentals are available and any custom décor needs you may have.

  • We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the services booked and the timeline of the event. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
