We will schedule a free consultation to discuss the vision for your event. Once the consultation is complete and ensuring your date is available, we are happy to craft a visual mockup design of your event that speaks to your style, ensuring every detail is aligned with your vision. We will send you an agreement and invoice with your approved mock-up.

On the big day, our team will arrive early to handle the setup. Whether it’s transforming your space with stunning backdrops or setting up décor and rentals, we’ll take care of everything. You just focus on getting ready—we’ve got the rest under control.

Yes! We work seamlessly with Signature Photo Booths to create a fully coordinated experience. If you’re booking a custom booth, P.S. Signature Events will handle the decor while Signature Photo Booths provides the photo experience. For balloon garlands, table décor, and a booth, both teams will collaborate to bring your vision to life with one planner and a cohesive, memorable event.

We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance, especially for popular dates to ensure availability. For larger or more customized events, the sooner, the better! However, if the date is available, and the ask is feasible, we will make it work! Reach out to us to check our availability for your specific date.
