From Vision to Reality—Effortless Event Designing

At P.S. Signature Events, we’re all about making the planning and designing process as easy and seamless as the event itself. Here’s how we bring your vision to life:

  • Visit our rentals page and browse our selection of rentals. Add the items to your wishlist and provide us with some information about your event and click submit.

    Don’t see what you are looking for?

    Contact us via our “Let's Connect” form to let us know the services you're interested in. Consider this your wish list—you're not limited to the items you include. We want you to tell us your event story so that we can create your signature experience.

  • Once your wishlist is received, we will check for item availability and draft you a quote.

    The quote will be emailed to you for you to review. If you have any questions, just reply to the email and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours! 

    If you need personalization, add it to “Notes” and we will schedule a consult. Once the consultation is complete and ensuring your date is available, we are happy to craft a visual mockup design of your event that speaks to your style, ensuring every detail is aligned with your vision.

  • Once you are happy with your order, approve your quote through our online system and pay your deposit. Then, your items will be pulled and prepped for your big day! As your RSVP’s adjust so can your order – we are the major changes be made 30 days in advance, but if we can make it happen, we will!

  • On the big day, our team will arrive early to handle the setup. Whether it’s transforming your space with stunning backdrops or setting up décor, photo booths, and rentals, we’ll take care of everything. You just focus on getting ready—we’ve got the rest under control.
